Everything is up to date so I'm not sure what to do from here. Issue appears to be OS/driver related, running Vista Home Premium, where do I go from here?

I've talked to the support reps at Cannon, they claim we have to install the PTP driver but I cannot find any infomation on doing this. Problem is the device (Canon XTi) uses PTP and there are no device drivers for Vista per the Canon support site.
